Robles Visas is a subsidiary of Robles & Partners Law based in San Diego, California and Tijuana, Baja California. We are a third generation of mexican lawyers with a background in immigration and Real Estate Law. We have helped many people on both sides of the border with Family based
petitions, Waivers, Investors and professional visas.
Our mission is to help american companies increase their profits while we take care of the hard work. We currently have a nationwide presence serving all types of industries with hundreds of workers annually.

OUR LEADERS
CEO of Robles & Partners Law and Robles Visas, a multinational law firm with a presence in Mexico and the United States. Lawyer by the Universidad Latinoamericana in Mexico City. She comes from a family of lawyers and is the founding president of the Interamerican Immigration Lawyers Association. She holds certifications in U.S. immigration law from distinguished institutions. Specialized in U.S. immigration law, has experience in all types of immigration proceedings, whether family, professional or investor.
She has won several national and international accolades for her outstanding legal career. Such as Forjadores Tijuana-San Diego prize and Mujer Emprendedora Award.
Director of the H-2A and H-2B programs, leads the team to ensure that the strategies are effective.
Secretary General of the Interamerican Immigration Lawyers Association, (INILA) Representative of Mexico as Youth Delegate 2022 for the UN in New York. He has collaborated with Telemundo San Diego and Televisa Tijuana. He has studies in Law and Translation, he also has certifications such as Global Diplomacy awarded by the University of London, diplomas from prestigious universities such as Cambridge and University of Pennsylvania.
Entrepreneur and businessman recognized throughout California, Utah and Nevada, he has successfully managed his real estate company for years. He is a specialist in public relations and sales with a degree from Lutheran University. He is currently in charge of directing the sales team with the purpose of expanding and providing the best service in all states of the country.
He has a law degree and has participated in international competitions such as the international law competition in Washington, D.C. He has traveled to all member countries of the H-2A and H-2B program recruiting the best workers. He is currently a volunteer director on the board of directors of the Interamerican Immigration Lawyers Association.
